Gianfranco Azzola
Growing up professionally in the hospitality industry and in his  family bakery. Degree in Business Administration and Diploma from the School of Hoteliers in Terracina "A-Filosi" area Food & Gastronomy. The passion and experience, linked by a focused academic background, has made that Azzola is now regarded a main reference for teaching and for business consulting, especially regarding the catering and food administration.
For our Association, as well as being a Chef master "pizzaiolo", from March 2016 he also performs the role of Chairman, managing and coordinating the lectures in the area of Food Cost Management, Business Administration and Food Marketing.

Aniello Mareschi (Chef Partner)
Expert lecturer and Chef Master in the world of restaurants and pizzeria. He has managed, both directly and indirectly, restaurants and pizzerias, and then engage full time to teaching and consulting. Currently he teaches School of Hoteliers in Terracina "A-Filosi" area Food & Gastronomy.
Key qualification: Chef Pizza Master instructor, European Instructor of Italian Pizza (Strasbourg 2004)
Winner "Mercurio d'Oro award in 2004", Italian Champion Gluten Free Pizza in 2007, European Champion Pizza STG in 2008; Winner Eurochocolate constest in Perugia (Italy) 2012 (EUBIOSIA menu), Alice Master Pizza 2015.
