The critical moment that is affecting us, requires anyone doing business and want to stay into the business, a willingness to change, to seek alternative routes and create new opportunities.

In this context that fits our project whit Association “Farina del Tuo Sacco” who has grasped this trend deciding to invest into vocational training for its members and not members, focusing on the enogastronomy sector, particularly the Pizza sector and “Arte Bianca” (White Food Art), not to mention all aspects linked to these sectors.

Vocational training courses, also created “ad hoc”, taking advantage of years of experience in the F&B management and training of our teachers and chefs. Qualified partners and high-level teaching staff now allow our association to be the main reference for young and not more young people, businessmen and not, wishing to improve themselves and / or qualify themselves in F&B management and gastronomy, from administration to production, from food management to food cost control.

The training of the Association “Farina del Tuo Sacco, is divided into two main sectors: professional training and amateur cooking classes for bakery, pizza, pastry and food wholesomeness courses (HACCP).

From theory to practice, the notions of business administration and management, with the notion of food cost management and control, marketing and HACCP.
A full path, a store that is enriched day after day, a job that is molded in the hands of those who, out of curiosity, by passion or necessity are ready to take up the challenge.

A challenge that the Association “Farina del Tuo Sacco caters to young, just out of the world of school and then searching for a first professional job opportunity, but also to the no more young people who want or need to get back into play, as well as to those who work have it, but in his spare time rather than stay with our arms folded ... prefer to have hands-on!
