QUALIFICATION
Basic pizza maker
 
DESCRIPTION
The course for the basic pizza will be designed to introduce and accompany the participants in the world of pizza.
We will teach you the secrets to direct and indirect dough, long and short rising, drafting techniques to peel pizza, round pizza and pan pizza. We also will teach the techniques and precautions for maintaining the counter, the different types of ovens, the timing and the firing temperatures.
It will be a good course for those wishing to approach the world of pizza with excellent prospects for the future, but does not intend to craft pizzaiolo her first job.
Great for young and old who wish to evaluate additional prospects in the labor market.
Ideal for those who aspires to become an aid pizzaiolo and acquire a good basis for the preparation of mixtures and processing methodologies.
 
This course can also be made to non-members.
 
OVENS:
Electric "South Furnaces" (peel pizza, round pizza pan pizza)
Wood / Gas "Marana Forni" (classic round pizza and stg Naples)
 
COURSE DURATION
40 hours divided into 8 classes from 5 hours ,2 times a week
(Total duration of one month)
 
BENEFITS
Issuing certificate of participation during "Basic Pizzaiolo"
raw materials, teaching pantry, use of professional equipment, subscription to the newsletter from the school where our members will be informed of the news in a professional and training field.
